Facebook gave me canned responses. I don’t use Twitter and can’t call as my speech isn’t clear. 

You responded to to my email from last week. My bank is handling the issue with a chargeback until you contact them. 

You claim I didn’t provide the information but I did when you settled the first dispute. Same information, same story
