I want to be able to look a the activity page and see if I've already entered information about a transaction from paypal into our quickbooks account.
Right now I print the paypal page, check off what i've entered in QB, keep the paper. But I'd prefer a paperless solution.
I tried "tracking solutions" which tells the folks sending money that we received it, but nothing changes on the activity page.
Any chance of another column of checkboxes being added to the activity page?
Or another option besides Refund/Archive...like "refund/archive/mark as complete" ...?
Please tell me how other people handle this.
