I received money from an eBay refund that I can now see in my PayPal account under "activity." I do not see any option for accepting, transferring or otherwise using this money. Instructions in the Help Center say to go to Summary and click "Accept Money," but that option does not show up anywhere. Can anyone tell me how to access this money? I just want to transfer to my bank.
If you funded the original payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded it will automatically go back to that bank account or card. Allow a few days for it to transfer to a bank account and longer for a credit card. Paypal say allow a billing cycle but its rarely that long.
