How to transfer from bank to updated version of PayPal 2020?

Hello. I am having trouble on how to transfer money from bank to PayPal 2020 because there is no "Add money" button. I've searched on youtube and on search engines but they are not updated. Please help. This is urgent. Thank you.

Adding money is not available for some countries. Instead you can select your linked bank account or card as payment method during checkout.
