How would my community civic club set up a Pay Pal account to accept yearly dues?  Is there a fee involved?

Thanks for reaching out to the PayPal Community for assistance with setting up a PayPal account for your organization. 

Creating a PayPal account for your organization is pretty simple. The primary account contact would create an account with their legal first and last name and enter the organization's name as the business name. They can also include the organization's tax ID number. Business PayPal accounts can also have additional users added as administrators with different permissions.
