I would like to know how I can research the authenticity of an online seller. I want to purchase goods from a company in Europe that accepts PayPal. However, I don't know what remedies I actually have if there is a problem with receiving the goods. I want to guarantee that PayPal will step-in to help if the Seller is fraudulent, etc. I would like to research this company/seller prior to making a purchase. How can I do this?
