How to open a Second Account

I have a Personal Account.  I want to open either a Premier or Business account.

I do not want to upgrade my existing Personal Account.

Simple question:

1.  To open the Premier/Business account do I start a new LogIn and Password, start a whole new sign-in from scratch at the front PayPal page

OR

2.  Is there some place on my existing account where I have the option to 'Add/Create Additional Account'.   if there is, I haven't found it yet.

1. Yes. As an email address identifies your Paypal account you would need a different one to open a new account + a different card / bank account.
