How to open 2nd account (NOT business but a personal one)

Hi all,

Need some advice please on the following

I set up a PayPal Business Account  from Thailand

I now want to open a new Personal Account from The UK 

When I try to register to set up a personal account it takes me straight to my Business Account before I can get started stating my email address used for that A/c. I intend to use another email account when I set up my Personal A/c

Can anyone suggest how to avoid this so I can simply set up Personal Account please?

Click on paypal > register > select UK (if you are in the UK now) from the drop down list > then start to register with name / email addy etc.
