I'm trying to call PayPal but they said that due to COVID-19 I have to send a message in the message center. However, I sent them a lot of messages but every time they respond with this "Did you know you can also live chat with us? Just log into your account, go to www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/contact-us and select an issue. If you can initiate a chat with us by using the provided link, it would be easy to assist you on this. We will be looking forward to assist you."
But I can't find a live chat option on this page!
What should I do to solve my issues in the account
Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available and only shows up when available.
You can send them a message.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
