How to get through to a person at customer service

Have been on hold for over 30 minutes trying to talk to a person at customer service.  Is there something else I can do to actually speak with a person at PayPal?

I have been on hold forever waiting on customer service. The resolution center on the site will not let me enter information. I just need some help. What do I do?
