I have send in the helpsection of paypal already two emails to them. Even it says responses will be within 24 hrs, i got no answer at all since days. Is there any other way I can get someone from PayPal to answer my questions? Using the hotline of PayPal was also too frustrating, I hang up after 10 minutes of waiting.
If you use the phone option you will need patience or phone at a quiet time, stick the phone on loudspeaker and get on with life until they pick up.
