How to get help!!!

I have tried everything possible to get help! I have worked with over 10 support agents and have been working with PayPal support for over 2 weeks. I made a business account and set up my online shop it took about 200$ worth of payments. Now when I log in it verifies that my password is correct. I have even changed my password multiple times but it keeps sending an outdated shortcode to my phone which I don't get. There is no other option to verify my account. It won't let me do email, call my phone or anything. So I'm locked out of my account! It didn't verify if shortcodes work before making shortcodes the only way to get access! I just want the account closed and either mailed a check or for them to send the money to my listed bank account! I have never dealt with a system the locks people out of an account before making sure the method of verification works!

 

Then I keep getting told to call in but no one is there to talk too I have spent over 4 hours trying to call at all possible times of day!

 

I don't know what else to do!!! Is there a special number to call to actually get help!!!

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is also randomly available.

Also you should have the message option.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
