How to get a reply from Paypal

So, we've had a paypal account for our business purchases for years now, but recently started selling. When we reached a certain amount, a limitation was put on the account.

The account was registered to a generic company name, so the first thing I had to do was change that. I submitted the required documents several times over a period of weeks and eventually got an email confirming it had been done - although the account still shows the old name and I keep getting emails saying it needs updating.

Secondly, I started completing the steps required to lift the restriction and accidentally added wrong names to the beneficial owners section. These cant be removed or changed - I was told on chat I had to submit a written request to the compliance department. I did that weeks ago, no response.

So I'm stuck with a large sum of money in my account which is unusable. Despite numerous emails and chats I have received absolutely no response beyond generic replies. I literally just need someone to reset the progress on the half completed form so that I can give it the information it needs and get the restriction lifted. I even used the formal complaint form but didnt hear anything from that either.

Any tips? This level of service is utterly disgraceful
