After checking with Paypal, it seems your payment was not successfully sent because Paypal did not allow us to send it, for some reason or another. We suggest contacting Paypal about your account not being able to receive payments. Once you have resolved the issue with Paypal, you can just redeem Paypal again since we have refunded back your points.
