How to decide if I need a personal or business account to sell my e-book?

I am building a small website on which I wish to promote my digital book and coaching services. I do not expect much volume. How to  decide if I need a personal  or business account, and what are the costs involved?

Well you seem to already have a business account but you don't need one if you prefer to use a personal account.

Fees are in paypal user agreement, click on legal bottom right of paypal pages > select user agreement for your country > FEES.

Lastly make sure you read up on seller protection as you will see  you have 0 seller protection for digital items so be careful as you will need to risk assess your own transactions.
