Hi, One of my friends is trying to open paypal account but it appears one issue, because his country (Kosovo) is not known by you so can you please explain how to open account with you. Or can he open a paypal account in Albania or Serbia and link with his bank in Kosovo. Is there way that he can send me the money from Kosovo to India.
