How to change location

My paypal show my location as ireland but i live in uk therefore payments i send are in euro and i am charged a fee

As PayPal is country specific it is not possible to change your address to another country.

You have to open a paypal account in the country you live in.

Were you originally in the south and moved to the north?

If so then you would need to close that account and open a UK paypal account and not an Irish one.
