How to block a email and person from buying from you ?

How can I block a person from buying from me. I work as a therapist and I can no longer assist this soul. I tell them to not book sessions with me and they keep buying them. How I can I stop them being able to do this.

Here’s how to accept or refuse payments:

1. Go to www.paypal.com/uk and log in to your account.
2. Click Activity near the top of the page.
3. Click on the transaction and then select ‘Accept’ or ‘Refuse'.
4. Click Submit.

If you refuse the payment, you can include a message to tell the buyer why you denied the payment.
