I ordered an item. The item did not arrive. I contacted the seller, and they agreed to give me a refund, but instructed me to open a PayPal dispute, saying that was the only way they could process it. I thought this was wierd, but did so. After all this time, the dispute was decided in THEIR favor. The case still shows up as open, and it says I can appeal, but the link in the thing doesn't work. How do I appeal?
