How much is the withdraw to debit card fee in the UAE?

I have withdrawn some PayPal balance to my debit card and they deduct AED 20 is this is the normal withdraw fee? or is it just for the first time and then it decreases? as it is too much if I want to make 5 to 6 withdrawal transactions per month it means around AED 120 only for fees, so I didn't understand if it is just the first time or all the transactions will take the same fees.

The amount I have withdrawn is as little as around AED 100 and AED 20 was deducted.

Anybody can help?
