How long should I wait for PayPal reply?

Hi,

Couple days ago I sent first message to support. No answer.

Two days later I did the same. No answer.

I'm not UK resident, so I'm not going to call to them. 

What about 24 hours time for respond?

If you are not a UK resident then why would you have a UK paypal account which would never work for you?
