Hi
I have a question regarding, How does Paypal charge on transection?
I have observed when we are doing payments for different countries, PayPal charged differently. like Below Observation.
We have verified below amounts:
[10,100,120,123]
1. USD to USD(Buyer and seller both ), Paypal charged us .25$
2. USD to Paraguay, Paypal charged us 0.25$.
3. USD to Brazil, PayPal charged us 1.99% (Of amount).
4. USD to Peru, Paypal charged us 1.99%.
So please look into it and provide details and docs if any available so that we can understand.
Thanks

FEES are all listed in paypals user agreement for you to read up on for your country.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
