How does one get problems resolved?? The message feature is iffy, e-mail says it can't be used, and the phone number it gives to call results in an automated response that says to use the message feature or e-mail, both of which failed. I'm old, new to this, not very computer-literate, and just have a few simple questions which, in prior days, could be resolved very easily with a phone conversation.
