We use memos to attach useful information to our transactions (e.g. what the transaction was for, the date of service, whom it was for, etc.) . I cannot find a way to access these memos anywhere. They are not in Activity, they are not in Statements, and they are not in Reports. The last time you see the memo is when you write it and send the payment or invoice. There aren't any discussions or resources about this online. What am I missing here?
I wish Paypal would include a Memo box to remind me (I'm old) what I bought at that time of purchase. This would be very helpful. And if there were a customer review place to give a review of the item received.
