How do you speak or get an email response from a human at PayPal

Hello All

Can anyone tell me how I get non-automated help from PayPal as I'm losing the will at the moment. 

If you call the number given you do not get the option to speak to someone only ask a question which they try to fit into an automated response. I then emailed and got an automated reply; to which I answered no this does answer my question only to get the exact same automated reply - twice! 

If anyone has any hints or tips on how to get a human response please do let me know.

When you get through DO NOT SELECT ANY OPTIONS, just stay quiet OR say Agent a few times to get through hopefully faster.
