I am trying to adjust email notifications on our business account but find the PayPal help article entirely unhelpful. It appears the site has been redesigned since this help article was written.
Here's what it says:
- Click the Settings icon next to "Log out."
Except there is no such icon near "Log out". There are two settings options in the menu in which "Log out" can be found, but which one is it? (Hint: neither works)
- Click Notifications under "Profile" on the left of the page.
If you click on the link above rather than follow the directions, you are taken to a page on which there is no "Notifications" option or "Profile" listed on the left side of the page.
- Click Update under "Notifications."
- Check or uncheck the boxes next to "Payments" according to your preferences.
Having been unable to find "Notifications" clicking on Update is premature.
Any updated guidance would be greatly appreciated.
