How do i find out what my paypal email is?

I need my link/user name or email to recieve money is it just the paypal.me/ thingy ? Ive read on another thread that it was the name used to log on but thats my gmail... sorry yall new to tech

Folks can pay you via your paypal.me link if you have one OR they can pay to your paypal email address which is the one you log into your paypal account with.
