How do I request a refund for an item that's not as descibed?

It keeps sending me in circles back to the resolution center but there's nothing to click to requerst a refund or elevate to a dispute. I opened a claim because my item wasn't coming and i had no shipping info, well it finally got here and it's nothing like what the ad said. I want my money back, how do I do this?

If you have an open dispute you should be able to change the dispute from non receipt to not as described.

If you have escalated it to a claim then you would have to contact customer services to change it for you.
