How do I open a Message From Seller in the Resolution Center. Clicking on Message From Seller (1) produces no result. as from other forum relies i have tried to delete cache etc...
i tried to e-mail paypal customer support and get redirected and end up being given a phone number to call.
anyone been through this before and know how to access your messages?
