How do I make a credit card payment to another PayPal user?

I need to make a credit card payment to a friend of mine. What do I need from her? Account details of her PayPal, her email? Unsure how this is done. Thank you in advance

In general, if you need to make a payment you only need the email address of the recipient to complete the transaction. You can send the payment from the 'Send and Request' section of your PayPal account. You can find additional information on this matter, here.
