How do I get a refund?

I'm hoping someone can help me here. I made a purchase transaction on May 4, 2020, through PayPal. I received an email from the company, informing me they were cancelling my order due to Covid 19 causing delays with their suppliers. I got the notice of cancellation after my payment went through. I have attempted to file a dispute through PayPal, but the transaction does not show up in my activity, although I have a PayPal receipt for it in my email. Because it doesn't show up in my activity, I cannot open a dispute or request a refund. I have emailed the company through which I made the purchase more than 5 times with no response. I have reached out through email, messaging and calling PayPal. Customer service dept is closed due to Covid 19, for calls. Emailing and messaging just directs me to everything else I have already tried. Can anyone assist me with this?
