How do I find the phone number to ring Paypal?

Is there an easy way to find the Paypal phone numer. All I'm getting is the chat bot service, the resolution page (which is what I'm having a problem with) or this forum. I'm getting frustrated and running around in circle now. I'm sure it's there but I've gone click crazy now.

I found a number and went through 5 minutes of rigmarole with the bot thing and then it said they couldn't help due to lack of staff,

None of what you have posted can help me unfortunatly. It just takes me to stuff I've tried and I'm going around in circles trying to talk to bots who can't help.
