How do I find out who has linked my bank account

I am trying to link bank account for business account for a non-profit.  However, when I try to add our bank it says 'the maximum number of PayPal accounts are linked to this bank account'.  As far to my knowledge, no one in my organization has set up a PayPal account. Is there a way to find who is using our account??

You do not see another bank account listed in PayPal account Wallet or the financials section? Perhaps call up PayPal customer service to see if it's some glitch on their end. Click "Help" at the top menu and scroll down to "Contact Us".

can you ask members of your organization who has dealt with  $$ activities?

who would know this bank account exist?

I doubt Paypal will disclose who has linked this account?

They may not say who but they can see if there is another account linked.
