How can i switch business acc which is never validated and used to personal acc?

I made mistake. I made business acc in that time, bat never started my own business, so i never had any activity on my acc and completed validation. I actually need personal acc, so I am asking here how can i switch business to personal acc?

The procedure for downgrading an account is to contact customer service - they can make the change for you.   PayPal allows you to upgrade a Personal Account to a Business Account yourself however, if you decide to you want to go back to a Personal Account, you have to contact customer service.
