When buyers pay with PayPal, PayPal Buyer Protection covers them in case there is a problem. If an item doesn't arrive or is significantly not as described, we will help buyers get a full refund. If there is an issue with an item or service you received and paid through PayPal, it might be best to open a dispute before returning the item. Please be aware that if you return an item and are not refunded, then PayPal may not be able to intervene. You can find more information on PayPal's Buyer Protection Policy here.
