So far all of the messages I've gotten from the resolution centre were automated responses. I don't have a phone plan right now so I can't call. Is there any other way I can contact a REAL person at paypal? It's quite absurd how there is literally no option to do so on this site.
have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter? You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages. It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
