I recently signed up for a PayPal account with Australian Bank account and details. As I am not a resident of Australia, I used my friend's mailing address in account. After I received payments, my account got limited and needs address confirmation. I don't have address in Australia which can be confirmed. Please could anyone help me how can I remove limitation or withdraw/send these payments to another account?
You won't be able to, you are not allowed to use another countries paypal account.
Your best bet is to get the folks that sent you money to open disputes to get a refund and then send the funds to a paypal account opened in your own country.
