I would like to purchase an expensive item from overseas and seller refuses to use escrow.com
Can I be assured that the funds will be held until after I inspect the item and only released to the seller after I approve the condition?
My previous experience with buyer protection from Paypal is horrible. They always seem to side with the seller if the item has a tracking number and was delivered, regardless of any other circumstances.
