I have just received a notice from PayPal stating that I must open a PayPal Cash Account by March 29, 2019. I am not sure I understand, but it seems that unless I open such an account, my current account will become invalid.
Pls advise:
1) What benefits/functions, if any, will opening a PayPal Cash account bring to me?
2) Will PayPal automatically open one for me, or must I apply?
3) If I must apply, how do I do so?
4) If for any reason I am found ineligible for a PayPal Cash account, how can I get my existing balance of US$400+?
Note: I have never been able to link my PayPal account to a bank account, and so currently the only way I can use my balance is to spend it online buying a plane ticket, etc.
I am very worried about this situation and hope to clarify this situation soonest!
