I sent money to a friend that receives in Euros. This is money ALREADY IN MY ACCOUNT. You are not using a credit card. For that privilege, you STEAL about 5.5% PLUS you make me pay a transaction fee of $2.50 on top of that.
You may not realize it in your day-to-day activities but many of us are constantly finding and using other services / methods to move money. You're charging me MORE than I pay for a merchant fee when a credit card is involved.
BIG rip off.

Voluntary ... of course. Just like eating, paying taxes and putting gas in my car are all voluntary.
I was just asking that a company I do business with treat me fairly. Taking in excess of 5.5% of my money on a single transaction is not fair when bank accounts are paying less than 2% per year.
Thanks for a not-very-useful reply.
This response also voluntary.
