How Do I Get Refunded If Scammed?

If I buy a product on ebay, and send money to them from PayPal, but never receive my product, can I get my money back?

Ebay and Paypal are 2 different companies with 2 different buyer protection policies.

You can open one on Ebay and if it fails then try Paypals.

However that protection is not a 100% coverall so you need to read it up on both sites so you can risk assess your transactions.
