why when I used your virtual agent it said they could not answer my question and for me to call paypal, it provided me a link for contact but no phone Number? this I was a waste if my time. in addition it was not clear to me in your pending/hold on the funds which lead me to believe there was issues with the buyer sending funds? I did not want to mail a package to the buyer if that was the case. But if this is the case, I would be out of the funds and the item I shipped? I shipped the item in faith that it would be ok? if not I will be very upset? Please this needs to be crystal Clear before shipping items out.
