Higher fees as listed by receiving money

Hi guys, do you know maybe how could I get someone to check the fees I've been charged for receiving money with my business account?

I think the fees charged by receiving money through invoices or sent by clients are higher as listed, instead of the 2.9% or 3.4% the numbers are 3.7% for example, yes I deducted the £0.30 before the math.
