Hi I have just received a refund from an Ebay seller and been charged a fee of £1.69. I have had refunds before and no fee has been deducted. Can someone help please

Sounds as if they 'sent' a refund rather than using the 'refund' option.

As they 'sent' it via goods / services then paypal would charge a fee.
