May i eligible to use/ create multiple or 2 paypal accounts on my same name on same bank account???

You are only allowed a maximum of 2 paypal accounts and only then if 1 is personal and the other is business.

If you have 2 of the same type you risk them all being limited so be careful.

You can however have up to 8 email addresses on the 1 paypal account.
