I’m trying to issue a refund but it’s a old card and it won’t let me change the refund card to my most recent card so I’m able to give the customer there money back Please help

You can only issue a refund via a linked bank account (not card) or funds in your paypal balance.

I’m trying to do that but it won’t let me remove my old linked account and let me choose my new linked account
