I create my very first Pay Pal account. But, there is a problem. My businesses is not on Philippines but in Serbia and I can`t change that info on my account. Also, I create this account and I must to ask, is that everything ? Did I do everything ok? I will add my bank account when it will be possible ( after changing my country). Can you guide me how to change country to Serbia, Europe, please?
