Hello @MelindaMaldona 

There is no option to transfer money from a gift card (or any credit, debit, and prepaid card for that matter) to PayPal. You can still use the funds on the gift card though by adding it to your PayPal account, and PayPal will automatically charge it when you make a purchase online.
