I applied with PayPal credit was was given a credit limit of $400 my first and only purchase was $119... how can I make another purchase on credit?

The decision to allow PayPal Credit to be used for a specific purchase is decided at the time of purchase.
Unfortunately, not every purchase will be able to be funded with PayPal Credit, even though a merchant/seller accepts it as a payment option.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
