Help with Fraud..How to talk to PayPal

Someone hacked my account trying to send themselves $25K from my bank account. I can get no one at PayPal to talk to me and resolution center does not work because it looks like I am sending the money from my bank to my PayPal acct. Any help???? Please.

Talk to your bank to re-call the payment.

Then...

I hope you changed your password and security questions?
I hope you ran a virus scan on your computer?
I would also be telling my card issuers and bank accounts company that the account was hacked so that they can keep an eye on your account OR remove the financial info involved until things are sorted.

Ty. I took those steps immediately yesterday. Very frustrated with lack of response on PayPal’s part. Ty for your help.
